The rear area has lots of lights and plug sockets, a roof mounted AC machine, electric radiator, a toilet enclosure and a sink unit etc. These are all 240v appliances, the van need plugging in to a mains hookup or generator to operate (It currently doesn't have a 12v system in the rear). This would make a great campervan conversion or catering van.
